How to deduct TDS and file TDS return?

Respected Members,

                                    I have question regarding How an employer deduct TDS from salary / commission of employee as well as what is process of filing TDS return.What is procedure of getting TAN number? I thankful to every member on answering me in advance..

salary and commission falls under two different sections , hence tds will be deducted separately
