How to decide Job Profile ?

I have recently cleared CA Final exams in Nov 2010 .

I am interested in the field of Finance .I had no experience in the field of Finance during articleship .But I want to make a career in this field .

 I wanted to know how can I know which job profile is the best for me .

Should I look for a job in company or in Big 4 ?

I think in Big4 I will get better exposure to Finance related work than in company .

So, please help me & guide me as to how shall I decide as to which job profile to take .
