How to change service tax commissionarate

Hi All, We have registered our Service Tax at Anantapur and worked there for 3 years now we have closed our works and moved to Hyderabad and when I asked for Transfer of Service tax to Hyderabad, Superintendent is saying that no such option is available. Can anyone suggest me how i can do this? Recently I faced issues also while paying service tax, no bank was able to access Tirupati Commisionarate and I had to go to Anantapur to pay tax. please help me.
