How to change name completely in pan card??

with such records , you have to change you address proof and id proof, and submit the same with form 49A, alongiwth affidavit copy and xerox of paper  advt, ( with requisite fees also) to any NSDL facillation centre of your locality.

you will get a new pan card with same pan number but changed name .

Fill form 49A to rectify/update

submit form with revised id proof and affidavit copy.

Forms can be submitted to Alankit office, Karvi and Nsdl Department

Fee is approx. ₹96.

Note: Forms can be submitted at any centre.

Also, you may contact TIN Facilitation Centre for proper guidance and filing your change of Name in PAN Card.

but i don't have any id proof or address proof on my new name except that affidavit. now tell me what should i do???

with the help of affidavit you can amend the name in your existing bank account, ration card, voter card, driving licence, electric bill, telephone bill etc.

after amendment you can send address proof / id proof to pan facilation centre

You can get a certificate from Gazatted Officer for ID & Address proof. And you can apply for change of details in PAN

and gaztted office normally not sign such documents,

go to your bank for change of name, and do it 1st with your affidavint and paper ad.

a bank pass book with photograph will solve the issue, as address and photo both is there.
