How to change c form?

Dear Sir

I am working with very good chemical company... I required one solution. If i have filled monthly return for sales tax. and after qtr end some c forms are generated for outside purchase and out of thoes c form if i required any correction like invoice no. date and registeration number than what would be the process to change the c form from govt....?

can any one explain about this?

You have tto get the 'C' forms cancelled and then get a new set issued with correct particulars.....MJK
