how to carry BRS to Next year?

You can carry March month BRS Statement to Next Accounting Year just like other months carry. Nothing to special for the same.

hi.. please follow below procedure to carry forward brs in tally.

say for eg..

as on 31st march 2010 you bal as per bank is 30000.00

and balance as per books is 15000.00 dr

you have cheques issued bu not prsented in bank for rs. 15000.00

------------------

now in 1st april 2010 you take opening balance of bank account in tally rs. 30000.00 dr

and create a new account "cheques issued but not presented in bank" and take bal of rs. 15000.00 cr in this account.

then on 1st april pass a payment entry from you bank account for rs. 15000.00 to the above new account.

follow the reverse procedure for cheues issued but not presented in bank.
