Gst rate on material and labour work are same you can issue single invoice to contractor Rs.400000*18% or different Gst rate on material and labour worok you can issue two invoice. one invoice issue 100000*18% and 2nd invoice issue 300000*18%
Interior design work falls under work contractor. So GST rate will be 18%
