as I applied for the same since last 1 month....
Is there any points count as an eligibility citeria...?
There is no specific criteria.
When I have applied for being Expert, at that time I had only 40 points.
My Expert application was granted on the very same day.
Put the mail to Admin team.
They will solve your query.
