hy priya u hav quite common problem tht most of ca students hav. u r correct tht u hav to get in active mode during noon tym as institute started to conduct exams in afternoon. do follow these things : 1.rather thn moving out in park watch tv,listen music or do anythng in starting but don't sleep so tht ur body n mind get used of this. 2.study in a room in which u hav only ur study table n chair not a bed . 3.while studying put ur feets on a acuupressure board ,i know most of students will find it unusual but it really works. 4.start night studies as we cn hav nearly double output in sme hours in night studies say u cn study frm 11pm to 5am thn take a sleep in day tym n study 6-7hrs in day tym. 5.once u get used to this schedule u will find u cn study any subject.

SLEEPING IS NOT BAD IT IS GOOD FOR EXAM PREPRATION IT GIVES US  FRESHNESS OF MIND . AFTER SLEEP STUDY WHATEVER WE READ IT JUST GO INTO MIND AND STORED IN OUR HARD DISK. WE SHOULD NOT THINK SLEEP AS BAD FOR STUDY. IT IS GOOD TIME FOR RELAXATION. DONOT WORRY THAT 1/2 HR OR 1 HR SLEEP CAN SPOIL UR STUDY. THINKING ABOUT LOSS OF STUDY DURING SLEEP WILL SPOIL UR FURTHER TIME. IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO SLEEP AND EAT WELL AND HAVE REGULAR STUDY. DONOT TARGET 14 TO 16HRS A DAY STUDY

1. Sit on a chair with flat back.
2. Drink tea or coffee, whichever you like before the same.
3. Change topic if not interesting.
4. Keep all the lights on of your room.
5. Study while walking. That is, take rounds of your room and keep studying.
6. Drink water so that you have to go to bathroom every now and then. Believe me it works.
7. Try to study hard topics at high energy levels of your body, when your mind is fresh read tough subject.
8. If possible study in groups, for students who live in hostels.
9. Try to read aloud, it helps when you make sounds. If you read in your mind, there are chances that you fall asleep sooner.
10. Don’t eat a lot before studying. This makes you feel sleepy.
11. Don't eat rice before starting studying. This, too, is going to make you doze.
12. Don't study with a fan blowing in your face as it will dry out your eyes and make you fall asleep.
13. Even after trying all these tips if you feel sleepy, and then go for short ‘Cat naps’ but not more than 60 minutes, otherwise you will end up wasting your important time of study.
