How to appoint new Auditor without documents

Hello Everyone, I am in trouble now as my auditor who was appointed in company have some fraud in the market and now he have ran away. now the problem is that he have not filled my INC 22 which I came to know this week and when I approach to another CA to get all my paper work done, He is not ready to do as he is confuse as if the current auditor files an case against him that he might be in problem but he know him and he also know that he have ran will many people left behind like me.

Please Suggest what can be done in this matter and the CA is also having my DSC with him as his office is locked and sealed as there are some police complain on cheating against him. But Please help me what to do how to appoint new CA without earlier CA resignation letter new CA need that otherwise he will not do any work

Forrm inc-22 related to register office of the company. as far as concern to dsc, who can prepare the same again and to the extent concern about certification of thr form u can get it signed from any professional( CA/cs)

okay but how to appoint new auditor as the income tax return and roc annual filing date is coming and resignation is required to appoint new CA but current CA have ran-away by doing something wrong, how to fill the returns and other documents which out appointing new auditor. Please help show me some way to get it done.
