you'll need to provide the following documents:
1. Registration certificate from the Wakf Board Karnataka
2. Trust deed or constitution document of the Masjid
3. ID proof of the authorized person (e.g., chairman or secretary)
4. Address proof of the Masjid (e.g., utility bill or certificate from the local authorities)
5. Certificate from the Wakf Board Karnataka stating that the Masjid is a registered Wakf institution
6. Form 49A (PAN application form) duly filled and signed by the authorized person
7. Payment receipt for the PAN application fee Additionally, you may need to provide:
1. A copy of the Masjid's registration certificate under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (if applicable)
2. A resolution from the Masjid's governing body authorizing the application for a PAN card
Remember to apply for a PAN card in the name of the Masjid, not an individual.
The PAN card will be issued in the name of the Masjid.
