hai... it is a scoring subject only if yo are clear about the provisions in company law and business law.... so first of all write the provision , analysis of the question and then draw yor conclusion......as of ethis and communication , only thing is yo should go on reading max no. of times ..... all the best brother ...

First of all make sure that you write your answer in a very clear manner.

For writing answers for LAW case studies:

Firstly write...       FACTS OF THE CASE: Here write in points what is given in the case in your own words.

Secondly write... PROVISIONS OF LAW: Here write the exact provisions w.r.t the case given                                                                                                                       (Quote sections only if you are sure)

Lastly write .........CONCLUSION: Here write down the conclusion that you have drawn.                                                                                                                               ( Remember that your conclusion and provision should not be contrary).
