How take refund of income tax deposit by mistake

Revise the original return for AY 2014-15/file a rectification. If filling was not done previously then paper return would do.

Last date for AY 2014-15 was 31st march 2016. Either you file paper return or e-filing. If return has filed you can revised it. If assessment has completed you can file rectification. If return is no filed than you can submite a letter to AO to change the AY of challan and take the credit of it in current AY.

Paper return or online return is not possible for AY 2014-15, Last date was 31st march 2016.

you can submite a letter to AO to change the AY of challan and take the credit of it in current AY.
