Hi, I have a commercial shop in Military (cantonment) which comes under cantonment Act has been let out. I can't show this rent income as rent because under cantonment Act if property is letout i have to pay Property tax 30% of rent recevied, so is there another way to show this income???

through whom u r receiving this income show as u r giving him professional services or one of his supplier of his business but for all that u need to set your accounts as per need and if enquiry comes proves that income received from the concern profession or business only |
