How should profit and loss from BTST trade be reported ?  (BTST = Buy today sell tomorrow)

My broker has left out couple of BTST trades from the statement sent to AIS.

Total value of the BTST transaction (one leg) is around 16 lakhs. Remaining delivery trades as per AIS statement is around 7 lakhs (one leg)

Should it be reported in Schedule CG or included in intraday profit and loss ?

IF NO DELIVERY TAKEN, TREAT IT AS INTRADAY TRADING ONLY.

Ok got it. Thank you.

When shares are bought it is credited on the same day in demat account. therfore u get the delivery. therfore it is short term capital gain.
