How much investment my company can get for 1,00,000 capital?

I have registered a company recently.

My MoA contains text like this

V A. The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 100,000. /- (Rupees One Lakh
only) divided into 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 /- (Rupees Ten)
only.
B. The Minimum Paid-Up Capital of the Company shall be Rs. 100000/- (Rupees One
Lakh only).

Can anyone tell me what is the maximum amount of investment I can get from investors?

If I'm gonna get 50,000 investment does that mean I have to give 50% of my company?

Initial capital of Rs.1 lac represents amount as subscribed by the subscribers to Memorandum.  Their names have already been decided in advance.  Now if you want to bring additional amount over and above the initial subscripttion, you will have to increase authorised share capital first.

Thank you sir. So if I'm going to get 10 lakh investment, does that mean my company must have authorized share capital of 10 lakhs?
