A Small business non gst registered  person sales of turnover rs:32 lacs in f.y. 19-20 and sales of turnover rs:35 lacs in f.y.20-21.if a person vacant site value rs:25 lacs for registered value.

Question:

A person how much housing loan avalibale  as per sales turnover and site registered value received  from bank loan purposes.

It depends on bank to bank
It does not depend from bank to bank. It's more or less fixed. All commercial banks have to retain a certain percentage with the rbi.
Turnover and profits are the criteria for giving loans but each bank has separate rules for giving the amount of loans .

Few banks give loan of 5 times the net profit & few banks give 10 times the net profit..

It vary from Bank to bank
Property value based how much loan available
Turnover and profit are not the criteria for an individual but for a company involved in infrastructure projects. Cash reserve ratio is maintained by all commercial banks with rbi.
Then mention zero turnover and zero profit..You will get zero loan for sure ..
