First of all Housing loan is not available over plot/land, unless you submit construction plan of any residential unit over it.
Secondly, loan is sanctioned about 75% if the aggregate value of plot along with construction cost (FMV needs to be evaluated)
Thirdly, it is subject to your earnings of last 3 years' average; and not over turnover.
