There is nothing called avg or act fees.
He may charge the client depending on the no. of hours spent on that work.
But always see to that, you never charge your services cheaply.
Doing so will tarnish the image of CA's in practise.
he can charge fees as charge by other ca in similar case..
I guess its generally decided by the school committee or board while giving the apppointment letter....
Hwever on his discretion..one can decide as per the workload or the prevalent market rates...
