How many times can a returned cheque re-presented?

Since the cheque is not rejected..it can be returned as many times untill money received..i am not sure..

a returned cheque can be represent only one time means fresh check can be present two time

i know bcz it happend to me my bank(CBI) rejected the cheque

Cheque becomes time barred after 6 months from the date of cheque .In case of Dishonour the cheque can be presented  any no of times namely n times within the validity period of 6 months

TO PROVE THE DISHONOUR IN COURT OF LAW A CHEQUE MUST BE RETURNED 3 TIMES WITHIN 6 MONTHS

Yes...Chq can be presented any no of times in 6 months

You can present it any number of times before it becomes a stale cheque (i.e., 6 months has elapsed from the date of the cheque)
