hey dude der can be multiple people holding one rank..dats y needed d info...

the rankers will get a certificate from icai having the details of all the 50 rankers....yeah 1 rank may have more than 1 person......
i am telling this on the basis of my experience in cpt...i got a list like this from icai...so i think this must be happening in ipcc also....
