How many exemptions can be claimed in 1 group?

Final 3699 views 8 replies

Lets consider a hypothetical situation, Mr A. is only appearing for 1st group of CA Final ( New course) in May 2019. Mr A gets the following marks :

FR - 38

SFM - 70

LAW - 63

AUDIT - 61.

Basically he scores exemption in 3 subjects, but fails the group due to 1 subject. How many exemptions can Mr A claim when he reappears in NOV 2019 exam for group1 ?

Kindly Help.

you can claim exemption for all the three papers as long as they are in the same attempt.

That means in November Mr. A will have to appear only for 1 subject in group 1??

Yes. Mr. A need to appear for 1 paper only.

Yeah....Need to appear only 1 paper.Otherwise withdraw your all Exemptions and Give all Papers..LOL
all the 3 exemptions can be claimed
If A secure exemptions in FR&SFM in first group & in ISCA in second group.. How many exemptions can be claimed?
In All 3....Fr SFM and Isca

If I got exemption in fr, sfm and law.. But could not clear law.. Can I claim exemption in all the 3 subjects?
