How i get 10 digit alphanumeric premises code?

Check your ST-2 online through your ST a/c.. It has d valid code.. OTherwise, just add ST001 to your existing 6 digit code.. Ur work vl be done ..

when you open your E filing portal  at ACES , and click on FILE ST3, your premises code is appeared as link , and after click of that you are redirected to file ST3, note down that number
