Fill the e-payment challan online and press ok buttion, it shows the provided pan is belongs to whom.

There is no way. i request you please do not search more for this. as this is not available anywhere.

Try to know his full name and date of birth first than only you can know.

 We can not find it without proper name and date of birth

u may go on www.incometaxindia.gov.in in which u see at left hand pan under that option know ur pan in which write name middle name and surname if possible than DOB appox.

other wise i think thier is no any provision.
