My regards to all, we all have been through the management of our accounts work and have been working on to make the work well managed. I just wanted to know how you people manage your bookkeeping work and what and whom do you consider for doing the accounts management.

You mean the personal accounts or business accounts?
Basiically anyone who wants to do the proper accounts manangement he should required the proper control , proper authority , & completeness of Vouchers in day-by day accounting .......... Regards Neeraj Taneja
Accounts management must me multi pahased one. There must atleast 2 to 3 people working in the accounts department each entrusted to there activities there for any average sized firm.
Use of computerised accounting system is a must.
Though it is computerised u may consider manual and physical keeeping of books in order to see nothing escapes the accounts.
Take tips from the aucditor
