how do I make self declaration

I have no means of earnings, that is taxable and is below ceiling limit of 2.5 lac..
how do I make a self declaration starting that I'm ineligible for tax payment and exempt from the same.

where you have to give declaration....just give a simple declaration stating that ur income is below threshold exemption limit

where u have to give this declartion....on simple plain paper just give self declaration and signed it
