How can we do new companies act self? which book is best for preparing corporate and allied laws for ca final, may 2015 exms?

Sir, I am CA final student. My attempt is may 2015. I want to know your opinion about the preperation of paper 4 (corporate laws) at home self by reading Munish Bhandari's Notes. I want to do this subject at home because of some financial problems. But i also doesnot want to take risk becsuse act has been totally revised. I am a hardworker. Please suggest me if i go for self stdy , what should i do?
