how can i shown Shop Loan in Balancesheet?
Can we get benefit of Shop Loan of Interest and principal in Tax
Or Shown Interest in P&L

No benefit over principal, but interest paid to bank can be deducted in P&L.
Loan amount is shown under loans and liabilities in BS.
