How can i pay tax for the session 22-23

i forgot the pay my tax for the session of 22-23 through https://www.incometax.gov.in/. the site won't allow even throug offline utility, they say its barred

i want to apply for Loan and other financial reason i want the tax return for the session of 22-23

my source of income is house rent.

Income from house rent 3Lac / annually 

can you suggest how can i pay.
