i want to email a whole E BOOK on CARO to one of my friend

is it permissible

if yes how can i do it

When the material is allowed for downloading by members of this forum, then automatically it is permissble to email the downloaded material to your friend.

Yes it is permissible.You have to convert file in PDF form.
