Foreigner can Invest in India but for this they need to present certain doucments to be get legalised entry to invest in India. As per RBI new rule Qualified foreign investors can Invest in India.

Where he want to invest in Stock? if YES
And he wan't to Invest through you then you can open your own a.c. and easily tread with it.
