CISF Employee working at a Public Sector , salary to the CISF Employee paid by the Govt. latter reimbursed by th PSU, but instead of HRA , the PSU is giving leasing accommodation to theCISF employee. Whether the Housing perqusites to be added to the CISF employee or not? DDO of the Govt. says since CISF comes underGovt. , this will not be applicable to them.. Is it correct?? is not applicable to them? How it will be?. My gut feeling is it is wrong? is it correct or not ?

You are correct.
An employee of Central or State govt who has been deputed at any undertaking under the control of government, is deemed an employee of such undertaking for the purpose of CLA perk.
His CLA perk would be 15%, 10% or 7.5% of salary, as the case may be. Even such accomodation has been taken of rent/lease by that Undertaking.
