Housing loan int share
Sir me and husband both are joined owners of my house property.we took loan in lic hfl with his cader loan.shall i show the entry upto 2lacs for tax or I shall show 50% share of interest

You can claim only your part of share on loan amount by looking into share of ownership.
Only 50% or proportionate share of co applicants can be claimed..
If your spouse has no taxable income then you may consider upto 2lacs with the supporting of case laws
