I have closed my home loan few years back, this year spent around 80K to repair kitchen wood work, is there a section to claim this expenses in ITR2.

i dont think you can claim expenditure like that in your ITR.
First thing you should have income from that house to claim expense.
2nd to cover all such expenses, 30% standard deduction is allowed from your house property income
