My question is ,Wheather a house rent paid by an employee above 20,000/- is have any TDS ( salary cases) liability on Accounts of Company.if as an official of Company .I don't entertain H.R. receipts ,Then can an employee claim in return. O.D.sharma
if employee paid HRA and submit rent receipt or rent agreement , then employer will calculate HRA Ded. considering these DOCument.
