HOUSE RENT Problem

Hi,

I have a House in Chennai but I live in a street next to my house which is bigger but not owned by me. It is owned by my Brother-in-law wife She is NRI. I dont pay Rent.

My Aadhar has address of Bigger house.

How Should I treat Income from House Property

If I let out the house for Rent.

I keep my house vaccant (will it be treated as deemed let out)
