I own one house.i have given on rental basis 20000 monthly.i am staying as tenant in other person house giving him 20000 rent monthly.i receive hra 6500.how is tax calculated

Rental income is "Income from House Property"

HRA is fully taxable as you own your own house.

How rent allow Max 24000.But, it's apply after some calculations.....

And Your received HRA is also Taxable...

If I'm going to any tour, I ll stay small hotel. But, Ambani is staying 5star it's not a matter, You give 20000 or 20,00,000. Income tax Dept can't allow....

Your tax calculate based your income. After deductions then what figure ll be come then calculate tax on income.....
