House property vacancy loss
In case when considering the GAV for house property if actual rent is less than expected rent not due to vacancy then we take ER as GAV .At that time shall we deduct vacancy lass from such GAV??

No deduction from GAV. The maximum of GAV or actual rent received is taken for tax-ability.
