For AY 2020-21 Can two house property be claimed as self occupied on which housing loan is still on?

Only one house will be considered as self-occupied while the rest of the house will be treated as deemed let-out.

Yes one house property considerd as self occupied and the other one is deemed to be let out

From f.y.2019-20 i.e a.y.2020-21 a person can claim teo house property as self occupied properry if those both properties are not let down or income have been generated from that.

Yes, w.e.f. Assessment 2020-21, a person can claim two properties as self-occupied house properties subject to certain conditions.

Thus, from Assessment Year 2020-21 onwards only, (not in earlier years) both the houses can be treated as self-occupied properties subject to fulfilment of specified conditions.
