suppose Mr. X already owns a house property A and now he is buying another property B jointly with his daughter where his daughter will reside. Will the property B be considered as deemed let out for Mr.X because as per house property if you own more than 1 house then the other house is deemed to be let out.

Unfortunately its a Yes. Its deemed let out and hence you have to show income for the same.
yes u/s 23(1) deeming provision but u can get deduction of municipal tax
