Hi Sandip, It can be a tax saving plan. Though yu have enough liquidity!!

The only care that you need to do is dont make default in repayment.

" LIQUIDITY " or " RESERVE " - well, in today's Real Estate Market i think that, it is next to impossible to have a home without home loan...

Obviously i am not talking about manufacturer's of " BLACK MONEY "
