deduction 30 thousand ki milti hai vo kab ae le sakte hai after complete renovation aur jis date se loan lia tab se and 2nd question is agar loan son le ra hai aur property father ke naam hai to kya son apni itr m interest ki deduction le sakta hai thanks in advance

Thanks mam but ek confusion hai jab property ko construction kia jata hai to pre construction interest after completing construction 5 year tak interst claim karte hai but renewal mein bi to construct ke baad hi claim karna chaey??
Nahi renewal me from the date of loan hi exemption milega
Not from the dare of loan it's after one month .
