MY QUERY IS THAT A PERSON WHO RESIDE SAWUDI ARABIA FOR EMPLOYMENT PURPOSE(JOB) ONLY .HIS INCOME IN INDIA IS NIL.HE IS INDIAN CITIZEN .HE WANT TO PURCHASE A HOUSE PROPERTY IN INDIA .FOR THAT PURPOSE HE WANT A HOME LOAN FROM BANK.WHAT PROCEDURE SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR ABOVE SUBJECT.CAN HE ELIGIBLE FOR HL FROM INDIAN BANK.

Yes, NRI/PIO/ or Indian Citizen emplyed outside is eligible to avail home loan from Indian bank, subject to criteria fixed by the issueing bank. Get in touch with any local bank, and apply on their prescribed form with proof of income, identity, address, photoes, processing fees etc.
