CAN DEDUCTION OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF HOME LOAN AMOUNTING 350000 Rs. , FIRST 150000 IS CLAIMED BY WIFE AND REMAINING CAN BE CLAIMED BY HER HUSBAND.AND HOUSE REGISTRY is of wife name.FOR F.Y. 2015-16.
IS IT POSSIBLE?

A co-owner, who is not a co-borrower, is not entitled to tax benefits.
Similarly, a co-borrower, who is not a co-owner, cannot claim benefits.
