my client had taken a home loan from Axis Bank. Keeping in mind the reduced rate in other bank, Nw he want to switch dat loan from axis to other bank.
Pls tell me the bank providing min. interest rate for housing loan and the point to keep in mind while switching from axis to other bank
Priyanka u r client have to consider the following points in mind while switching over from one bank to other bank
1. The repayment time for Axis Bank - If its less than a year then better to continue with Axis Bak
2. Pre-closure of loan will definetly carry some penalty charges. So u have to consider the amount of penalty leviable by Axis Bank on preclosure of Home Loan.
3. The Interest rate from Scheduled Bank is lessor. So it is preferred to go for Loan from Scheduled Bank
4. Regarding bank offering loans at lower rate of interest pls ask u r client to do some research on that.
