I have Purchase a Residenc Property Plus Construction in My Wife name and I ( Husband) RePayment of Home. can Husband rebate of Repayment of Home Loan and Interest ?

Hello,
A co-owner, who is not a co-borrower, is not entitled to tax benefits.
Similarly, a co-borrower, who is not a co-owner, cannot claim benefits.
If you are not co-owner is that property then you will get tax benefit for home loan repayment.
