My friend is holding COP(Certificate of practice).Though he does not have any client for the past 1 year.He is not working also. Can he continue to hold COP without clients.Or he should cancel his COP.Please suggest.

As far as he continues to pay Fees to the Institute towards his Certificate of Practice, it is okay. There is nothing to stop him from practising, he can continue to hold his Certificate of Practice....!!!
