Can sec. 8 company,that is charitable company hold AGM at any time,any day and any place ?

companies formed u/s 8 have the same legal applicability as other company of this act except to the name.
so regarding the AGM former companies have the same legal provisions and rules applicable to them and acc. to provisions of chp7 of CA 2013
time-lapse only during business hours (9-6)
place-registered office or any other place within the local limits of registered office
day-day other than national holiday

no Sectio 8 company is exempted from time place and day requirement. They can conduct agm any day any place and ant time

such a exemption is available to 2 types of cos 1. CG exempted cos
2. Section 8 co
