YES unmarried daughter shall be treated as coparcener of HUF by virtue of amendment made in Hindu Succession (Amendment)Act, 2005 {39 of 2005} which has come into force from 9th Sept.,2005. By virtue of this amendment equal rights have to given to daughters as that of son. It declares that the daughter of a coparcener shall also by birth become a coparcener in her own right; the same manner as the son has.

weather son is compulsion to create HUF........

from my side ,its sure that a couple without son can create HUF.but i need any information.on that we can rely...

Yes, Unmarried daughter also treated as coparceners irrespective of it get married or not........
