i am in such a big trouble now a days just due to ICAI.
actually my firm has allready given me transfer but ICAI is not ready to accept such form 109.
now ca is ready to sign on any reason which should be acceptable for both. but i am not able to understand that which reason will be sufficient for satisfying icai needs and also will not be harmfull for my career as well as my CA.
CAN ANY ONE GUIDE ME FOR SUCH... I WILL BE ALWAYS THANKSFUL FOR YOUR HELP...
YOU CAN GIVE SIMPLE REASON OF IRREGULARITY IN PAYMENT OF STIPEND IF THERE IS IRREGULARITY IN PAYMENT AND IF YOUR EMPLOYER SO AGREES, IT IS A VALID REASON FOR TRANSFER OF ARTICLESHIP UNDER REGULATION 67, IN THIS CASE U SHALL HAVE TO SUBMIT NECESSARY EVIDENCES LIKE BANK STATEMENTS ETC. IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CAREER AT ALL AND THE TRANSFER SHALL BE REGISTERED. OTHER REASON IS TRANSFER OF PARENTS TO ANOTHER CITY INVOLVING A DISTANCE OF MINIMUM 50 KMS.
MY ADVISE IS NOT TO TAKE TRANSFER IF IT IS NOT MUCH NECESSARY.
there is no any irregularity of payment in stipened which can be proved. but they want to give me transfer at any cost due to some personal reasons.
what are the required evidences to be produced for showing reallocation of parents in different city.
can i tke transfer on basis of shifting from delhi to gurgaon...
